These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and digital content products. By accessing this website or purchasing any downloads or scripts, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
We provide digital products including hypnosis audio recordings and hypnotic scripts for download. These are intended for personal use only and must not be redistributed, resold, modified, or used for commercial training purposes without prior written consent.
Our products are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, epilepsy, or are under medical care, consult your doctor before using any hypnosis products. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
In-person services are provided in a private and professional setting. Clients are expected to disclose any relevant medical or mental health conditions that could affect safety or the suitability of hypnosis or therapeutic techniques.
All payments are processed securely. Prices are in GBP and inclusive/exclusive of VAT where applicable (see clause 9). Once payment is received, your download link will be made available immediately unless otherwise stated.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by downloading or streaming a digital product, you consent to waive your 14-day cancellation right once the download starts.
Refunds will not be provided for digital downloads unless the file is defective or inaccessible due to technical error.
If you believe there is a problem with the file, contact us at info@agilechangesolutions.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make every effort to resolve the issue.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. For therapists, scripts may be used in client work but not resold or republished.
All content is protected by copyright law. All rights reserved. No part of the audio recordings or scripts may be copied, shared, or adapted without permission.
We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our products. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our content.
If you are purchasing from within the UK, VAT may be charged depending on your location and our VAT registration status. This will be clearly displayed at checkout if applicable.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts suspected of misuse.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or site notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Our products are intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. By purchasing or using our hypnosis recordings or scripts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly sell digital products to children or offer hypnosis content suitable for those under 18 without parental or professional supervision. If you are under 18, please do not use our website or content without the guidance of a parent, guardian, or qualified therapist.
Once payment is successfully processed, your digital product (e.g. hypnosis audio or script) will usually be available for download immediately via the confirmation page and/or email link.
If you experience any delay receiving your download link (e.g. technical issues or email errors), please contact us at: admin@agilechangesolutions.com we'll aim to resolve this within 24 hours.
In rare cases where there is a delay (such as a temporary server issue or maintenance), we will notify you via the email address provided during purchase and keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
If we are providing a bespoke service (e.g. a custom hypnosis script), we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your requirements and provide an estimated delivery time. If we are unable to meet the agreed timeframe for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an updated delivery schedule or a full refund.

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, server failure, illness, or governmental actions. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a reasonable resolution.
We may offer free or paid discovery calls or consultations via phone, video call, or in person to help assess suitability for services. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a therapeutic relationship, clinical diagnosis, or medical advice.
Any personal information shared during these calls will be treated in confidence and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Participation in a discovery call does not obligate either party to proceed with services.
Where consultations are offered in person or via video, it is your responsibility to ensure a quiet, private space for the discussion. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe your needs fall outside the scope of our professional remit or ethical practice.
